in self-insulation<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Rachiek T. S.<br \/>\nAgapkin S. N.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Abstract<\/h2>\n<p>Development and substantiation of a yoga strength training methodology to reduce the level of anxiety among people in self-isolation. The study involved 74 people aged 21 to 46 years. Of these, 32 people were divided into two groups and engaged in two different interval protocols, and 42 people who did not practice yoga participated as a control group. The effectiveness of the impact was assessed using the Spielberger-Khanin questionnaire. In all study participants who performed the exercises for a month, anxiety indicators decreased by an average of 34% on the scale of  ituational anxiety and by 30% on the scale of personal anxiety. In the control group that did not perform the exercise, there was a deterioration in the indicator of situational anxiety &#8212; an increase by 2% and a slight decrease in the scale of personal anxiety by 2.5%.
