Experience in the social project \u00abMoscow longevity\u00bb shows that one of the most common problems among older people is arterial hypertension. According to experts the prevalence of this disease is more than 60% from the population among patients over 60 years old. [8]. The research based on the project \u00abMoscow longevity\u00bb showed a positive dynamics of reducing systolic blood pressure by more than 10 mm Hg in 57% of participants in the main group.
