Abstract<\/h2>\n

The relevance of the development of a yoga therapy method in the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer and the study of its effectiveness is due to the high prevalence of this disease, a complex complex of treatment and its severe consequences for health and quality of life. The manifestations of postmastectomy syndrome, which are serious violations of various body functions, reduce the ability to work and change social status. In this regard, timely and comprehensive rehabilitation measures, starting from the early postoperative period, are of great importance. Yoga therapy contains a wide range of tools that can act as an alternative conservative way to improve both the physical and psycho-emotional state of patients. For two months of group sessions, the participants of the research group showed an improvement in the quality of life according to the SF-36 Health Status Survey, an improvement in the mobility of the shoulder joint from the side affected during the operation, an improvement in sensitivity and a decrease in lymphatic edema.<\/p>\n
