N.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Abstract<\/h2>\n<p>The results of the study of yoga therapy methods for endometriosis, a common disease among women of reproductive age, are presented.<br \/>\nThe disease is dangerous for its complications. It can lead to infertility, adhesions in the intestines, increases the risk of miscarriage, oncology, and cause muscle pain.<br \/>\nThe diagnosis was made before practice by a gynecologist.<br \/>\nThe EHP 30 questionnaire was used to assess the effectiveness of the technique before yoga therapy, after 1 month and after 2 months.<br \/>\nAs a result of the impact on a group of subjects of 10 people, it was possible to get a decrease in symptoms on average in the group after 1 month of training by 39%, and after 2 months &#8212;
