Abstract<\/h2>\n

Objective<\/strong>: To compare the effectiveness of the usage the instrumental control in the methods of rehabilitation of women with dysfunction of the pelvic floor muscles.<\/p>\n

Methods and participants: <\/strong>The study involved 39 women aged 27 to 51 years. They were divided into 2 groups: group 1 performed the exercises using the Vagiton Laser vaginal trainer with feedback, and the second group performed the same exercise only without the trainer. The effectiveness of the impact was assessed using the PFDI-20 and FSFI questionnaires.<\/p>\n

Results:<\/strong> Training for 4 weeks showed statistically significant changes according to the PFDI-20 questionnaire, but did not give statistically significant results according to the FSFI questionnaire.<\/p>\n

Conclusions: <\/strong>Mula Bandha is indeed effective and helps in the rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscle dysfunction in women. Pelvic floor muscle training with and without feedback has shown similar results. Subjective responses of the subjects are also roughly similar in both groups. Using the simulator will definitely increase the percentage of compliance and discipline. Additionally, this process should be investigated in the longer term.<\/p>\n
