right;\">Klyukovsky V.R.<br \/>\nAgapkin S.N.\n<\/p>\n<h2>Abstract<\/h2>\n<p>In this paper, we will focus on the combination of the training process of<br \/>\nathletes-dancers in the discipline of Latin American sports dances and adequate yoga<br \/>\ntechniques, the ultimate goal of which is to increase endurance.<br \/>\nIn the course of the study, we considered the specifics of holding tournaments, assessed<br \/>\nthe level of physical performance of athletes using functional tests and, on the basis of this,<br \/>\nproposed a set of adequate yoga exercises, after the practical application of which, we<br \/>\nevaluated the results.<br \/>\nThe working hypothesis of the study was that the use of an adequate yoga methodology,<br \/>\nincluding complexes of special exercises primarily aimed at developing endurance, in sports<br \/>\nin general and in sports dancing in particular, can significantly improve the effectiveness of<br \/>\ncompetitive activity.<br \/>\nAfter 6 weeks of performing the complex proposed by the athletes, the time of<br \/>\nhigh-quality dance performance increased by almost 73%, the IPC index increased by 9%,<br \/>\nand the power of the work performed &#8212; by 13.75%.<br \/>\nThe practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the materials of the work can<br \/>\nbe used in the practice of the work of coaches of sports and
