Both exercises are to be performed in the tabata protocol. 26 participants trained for 3 weeks, 9 of them continued the training for additional three weeks. The outcome is positive to index K (medial longitudal arch of the foot), index W (transverse arch of the foot), and first finger angle ((transverse arch of the foot), with mixed result for fifth finger angle (transverse arch of the foot).
